Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and lived there most of my life until six months ago when my husband and I moved to Nevada.
My passions are family and exploration. I love traveling and seeing new sites. As much as I love having new areas to explore in our backyard now that we’ve moved, we miss family and friends.
What is your favorite USAgencies’ moment as a member?
I’ve been pleased with every interaction I’ve had with USAgencies from day to day banking to getting car loans and getting financial info together for home loans. My favorite moment was the way USAgencies treated me when my debit card number was stolen years ago. USAgencies was the painless part of a stressful situation and did exactly what they said they’d do.
What do you value the most about USAgencies?
What I value most about USAgencies is the personal service. Even living out of state and not being able to visit the branch, USAgencies has addressed my individual needs when I’ve called. That’s why I won’t switch credit unions.
